Criteria to apply to adopt a rescue dog through Spanish Happy Tails Rescue UK
-We ask that residential children be aged 10+ for all our adult dogs, this is because younger children can sometimes be unintentionally high-energy which might overwhelm a rescue dog who's adjusting to a new life. For this reason, we ask that resident children be of a certain age. We understand that all children are different, please contact us to discuss if you are looking to adopt.
-Applicants must have access to a secure garden (fence/walls 6ft+ for medium/large dogs)
-Rented properties must have landlord permission in writing unless stated otherwise in the tenancy agreement.
Our Adoption Fee
As Wilf is already in the UK our set adoption fee does not apply, we will ask for a donation to be made to help towards Wilf’s fostering costs.
Transport Costs from East Kilbride
The adopter will be responsible for arranging and covering any transport costs.
